Dear Esteemed Member,

An Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Gondwana Geological Society, Nagpur will
be held on 20/9/2024, 3.30 PM onwards. The AGM will discuss following items,
The agenda of meeting is-

1. Presidents address
2. Increasing number of EC council members from present 8 to 16 (8 from Nagpur and 8
   from out station).
3. Increasing tenure of EC from present 2 years to 3 years
4. Any other changes as suggested by members
5. Any other matter
6. Vote of thanks
   

The details of venue (GSI, Auden Hall), will be informed shortly. All the Members of GGS
are requested to attend. You are requested to give suggestions on this also.
